Second Storey Addition, Scarborough

The customer wanted to add a private master retreat away from the kids, and opted for a second storey addition. This second storey addition project was a split level design, built over 65sqm and includes a large master bedroom with double ensuite and walking robe, a private home office and a space for a home gym. The project also included an attached carport, which helped to balance the home and new second storey from the street front. The home extension was designed and built to match seamlessly with the existing home.
