The customer was looking to add a second floor with an additional living space and balcony so they could soak up the ocean views. The second storey extension was built in seven weeks and not only increased the liveable area, but also added extra value to their home. The staircase and glass balustrade fits perfectly with the living space, keeping the space open and allowing a natural flow of light from above.
