Second Storey Addition, Marangaroo

The customer wanted to add two additional bedrooms to their home and opted for a second storey extension. In this second storey addition project, we had to rearrange the entryway to work with the new staircase and create a large butlers pantry on the ground floor. The second storey was designed and built over 90sqm and included a large balcony, a living room with a void over the existing living area, a master suite with a large walk-in robe and ensuite, and another kids bedroom adjoining the master via a private corridor.
